The second star was because this call was entertaining. I asked if they had new, used or refurbished laptops. They were very hasty to hang up the phone. When I asked too many questions he asked, "And who are you?" I told him I was someone interested in buying a laptop from him. He said they weren't a store. O. . . .k. . . . I was interested in buying a dell or an apple computer. He said I should go to the apple store or best buy. I guess he's right? Lol They were pretty rude. I had to laugh at that.
