Exceptional Service Great, I wouldn't go anywhere else for mac repair! Im always told all my options before I go ahead with the repair. And im always happy with the costumer service. Awesome store.

Unitek My Apple loving best friend told me about this place after I needed a new Hard drive because the one in my iMac died on me. Unitek changed the hard drive for me and recovered my old data too. I am really grateful to the techs there.

Great service Best costumer service of any computer store I have ever been to. Sales people and real knowledgeable and not pushy like the apple store. They really treat you nice there and made me a very satisfied costumer.

No Longer the place for computer repair Based on my recent experience with Unitek, I will never return there for service. They had my computer for nearly a month, only to replace a hard drive they had installed a couple months earlier. They blamed it on the manufacturer but, after doing my own research, they had the part in their store for nearly two weeks. No customer service, no phone calls and no explanations. You're better off going somewhere else. Unitek is apparently out of the customer service business.

Always helpful and solutions oriented...just ask We've shopped here for years and they have great quick turnaround in the service dept and often can tell you how to fix simple problems yourself. Great Mac resource as well as PC packages that fit the functions required. They are helpful before and after the sale.
