Terrible service
Very unprofessional. First, the pharmacy tech was reluctant to process the pre-authorization and then acted clueless. Only when I pressed him did he finally submit it. Once it was approved, he called to schedule delivery. I told him I was leaving the country, and he casually said same-day delivery wasn’t possible — which was fine. So I asked Walmart to transfer the prescription so I could pick it up myself. That’s when the outright lies started.
