Jared was fantastic! He explained everything thoroughly and was very efficient in the repairs of our A/C unit. We couldn’t have been happier with his professionalism. We also appreciated the communication not only from Jared, but also from the office staff with the scheduling & arrival time for the repair. Great customer service!
I called after my AC went out on a very warm couple of days. I have a newborn in my house. I called at 7:35 am. They had technician to my house by 10:30am and AC back up and running at 11:30. Jared was very professional in and outside of the home and the write up was very thorough. A+++ I’ll be calling them in the future for a new system.
Our 20 year old furnace fan went out just before the last cold spell in the spring. We have a 100+ year old house which usually adds complications. They triaged the furnace, helped us pick out a suitable replacement hvac system and installed the replacement without any trouble. We didn't need it, but they loaned us enough space heaters to deal with a cold snap. We called Unitedly because we know some of them. They're good folks.
Seamless transition from my old AC unit to my new one. Scott and his team have done a great job. They mounted the unit above the ground which is amazing.They were very tidy, and friendly. Thanks again Scott and Jared.
