Had 5 windows replaced in May. Windows are good value and installers were great. One of the screens was ripped upon delivery and the installers noted that. I've been promised by Adrian no less than 5 times since May that a replacement screen was on the way. Still waiting.
Adrian- You might want to consider following through with promises about finishing projects. Our larger window and door project was treated as a side job from the start. I will assume I will have to hire someone else to finish the garage trim as no one contacted me “in a couple days” a month ago.
Choosing United was a great decision, and the experience felt genuine, not pushy. Adrian, the owner, leads a highly competent and efficient team. I appreciated that the communication was clear and upfront throughout the process. The installation itself was fast, and the crew was meticulous about cleaning up afterward, which I really value. The quality of our new windows is a massive improvement, and I'm very happy with the result.
Chase Larson and his assistant, Charles Mendoza did a great job installing our two Pella windows. They were fast and efficient. Everything was cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. We were very pleased!!!
