I was charge 3 times for my march mortgage. I called 6-7 time to resolved this next thing i know now they say i never paid march payment but they bank statement prove i did.but i still am being charged as of today. I call now just to be told no supervisor is available and they will contact me back, but as of yet No call. The customer service is terrible.
