Where do I even start? UWM has been, by far, the worst mortgage provider I have ever dealt with. One of my biggest frustrations is their payment structure. In my experience, I have not been able to set up weekly or bi-weekly mortgage payments. If I could give zero stars I would! I am extremely disappointed with my experience with United Wholesale Mortgage and their customer service. I received an Annual Escrow Account Disclosure Statement showing an $8,000+ escrow shortage. After looking into it, I discovered they were charging my mortgage escrow account for flood insurance that has always been paid through my HOA and is not paid through my mortgage. The company has been great with so amazing tools, my AE Brandon Dobos and Chelsea Morgan they truly care and are always available to help, I came from the retail world with limit knowledge on the broker side, I been able to learn more and apply different scenarios as well as been able to offer my buyers a better experience on their loan process. This mortgage company is horrible. I have contacted them several times in the last year to let them know they did not add my escrow to my account. Doing so I was not able to get the insurance break I was supposed to. The first time I call the gentleman told me it was the guy that wrote my mortgage that screwed me out of thousands of dollars. This was very untrue. For over a year a have been paying higher mortgage cost and no one at the company will bother to fix it. Do not use this company. They are rude and dishonest.
