One of the worst interest rates given by far, if you have a brokers that insist you to “go with UWM/they’re a better option” take a step back and thoroughly look over everything.
UPDATE: Someone reached out to me and for that I am thankful. My issue was resolved and my funds tracked down. I should have chose this path (contacting them on the website with my issue) initially instead of texting back and forth with a person who would not help me or seek a way to help me OR for attempting to call because I had no luck with the main phone number.
