Not sure who to blame for the reason why i have 2 mortgages on my account after my refinancing. If your loan officer tries to get you a loan through UWM, run! Stay homeless, rent, live in a dog shed or whatever it takes. Their payment system is designed to keep you from getting ahead (people like them are the only one's allowed to get ahead on anything). The AI answering service is a nightmare, they're too cheap to hire people to do the job.
This mortage company is a big time scam especially when it comes to high fees and good luck on trying to remove th PMI insurance….I paid off more than 20% of my principal balance and they refuse to drop the PMI insurance saying that my property value has dropped value by $25K which is not true. Appraisal was done on the house only 4 months prior and a licensed real estate agent provided documentation showing the value of the property.
