United water was unbelievably helpful And quick!! They were at our house within the hour and stayed until they were 100% certain everything was dry and taken care of. The team was so kind and reassured us that everything was going to be well taken care of and it was!! Hopefully we don’t need to use them again, but if anyone else does I highly recommend them!

Outstanding service. We were out of town when flood occurred in our master bath. Water went through three floors of the house. But United Water was at our house within 30 minutes of me calling. They got to work and four hours later when I arrived they had everything under control. Indira, Marvin and Roger took care of us like we were there own family checking in and following up for Five days straight. Hope I never go through this again but if I do at least I know they are around to help restore things back! Thanks again!!

I used UWR for 2 jobs. First, in February, kitchen pipe valve broke, flooded my rental property, that was vacant at the time. They came that day, gave me an estimate and set to work after I signed. They worked with the insurance adjuster and were very efficient and I was happy with the results that I had them fix up the house I was living in so it could be sold, including assessing for possible mold in the basement. Emilson and his crew were great to work with after our toilet decided to leak. They showed up quickly, walked us through everything, and were honest about whether it made sense to file an insurance claim instead of just assuming we should. We really appreciated them taking the time to explain our options. They did a thorough job drying everything out and checking for any remaining moisture, which gave us peace of mind knowing we wouldn’t have to worry about mold later on. Can post more photos once repairs are done.
