Dr Alexander and his staff are all friendly, courteous, and professional. They all made me feel calm and relaxed and that's not easy
1st complaint: I called to schedule a "FREE" Consultation. The customer service agent stated its noted and confirmed consultation will be free. The next day I received text confirming my appt. In that text message it stated my insurance will be billed for visit. I immediately called to advise visit is suppose to be free as advertised and discussed.
