Terrible! 52 miles to get a scan No luck they were booked. Staff is rude and incompetent
I’ve been receiving vein treatments at United Vein & Vascular Centers in Duluth for the past few months. While the medical care itself has been good—Dr. Greer and the staff is friendly, and my procedures have gone well—there are several issues that need to be addressed. I have had vascular problems my entire adulthood. I can honestly say that Dr.Todd Greer, is by far, the most caring professional vascular doctor I have been to. He addresses all concerns and works to accomplish all problems that can medically be taken care of with outstanding results. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Greer and his warm inviting staff.
Every visit has shown a model of efficiency, customer service, professionalism and courtesy. Staff members are helpful and kind, and Dr. Greer has the ability to explain medical issues in Plain English while still using medical terms to educate his patients.
One of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. the only thing I receive was one bill after another. without being specific about my medical needs in summary they did not help me at all, and never planned to they just wanted to bill me and my insurance company. I will never use these services again and I will never recommend them to anyone
