Horrible customer service...... I have had work done by Dr Greer at another location and experience was phenomenal, Dr Greer is a Great Doc. Unfortunately the office staff person that answers the phone for scheduling was terribly rude and aggressive with me. I had preliminary questions about the process and what to expect and all that got me was an irritated loud mouth that had no desire to help. I will go to elsewhere.
Dr Greer and his staff with professional. Everything was explained to me , no surprises. Very good experience.
