If I could give this place a zero I would. Did not like one thing about this office. The girl with the blond streaked hair at the front desk was rude. The male nurse and Dr Peterman both were extremely unprofessional and creepy. The office was less than clean. It was a horrible experience. My husband was with me and agreed. Won’t be going back there!
If i could give them a zero I would. The doctor is great the staff is not. I had a procedure scheduled for 05/05 and the office never sent my insurance the authorization from 03/02 so I get cancelled because the office never submitted the auth. Then they give me another date in May and that gets cancelled til July w/o me knowing. I will take my records and go somewhere else.
today is April 8, 2026. I just wanna give a report on Ruben the medical assistant. he handled my situation very good and I want to thank you.
Dr. Kevin Petermann, M.D. Is a courteous and patient doctor. He actually listens to your complaints and aches to correct the issues. My legs are less painful, the swelling has almost completely gone down. I enjoy going to my visits and I'll recommend him to everyone I'd think he could help. Thank you, Dr. Petermann for helping me. I appreciate you.
