I have been at several appointments and all were perfect--on time, very qualified and friendly doctors and assistants, and on time.
About a year ago, I decided to get some work done on my veins. The staff were friendly, but lo and behold a year later my legs still look/feel the same. I was told that I would only need two leg ultrasounds and they did four and I couldn’t understand why I was having to do more, but I figured they were getting paid through the insurance. These people have charged my insurance company over 20K and then have the audacity to send reminders of a balance that I owe which I will pay off.
