Great clinic! Short wait time and caring doctor
Save yourself the trouble and avoid this clinic. I have always had a great experience at this clinic but their front staff now is extremely unprofessional and are clearly not trained medical receptionists. I had to pick up my son early from school and needed him to see the doctor. Front desk staff told me to have a seat but could not tell me even an approximate wait time. She kept saying " it will take some time". I live down the street so I asked if she could call me when the doctor was ready, she said "we don't do that" So... read more
I visited this clinic without an OHIP card and was charged $90. After reviewing my medical reports, I was not prescribed any medication and was only advised to see a specialist. What made the experience worse was the rude and unprofessional behavior of the staff.
