Rude and unprofessional. If your vehicle ever gets towed, pray it does not get towed there. In a already bad situation, their lack of customer service makes things a lot worse.
Extremely helpful pleasant staff when called, we are "out of towners"-staff recommended plenty of mechanics around the area. Levi, the young man who towed us was great & helpful. Turned a potentially stressful situation right around. Thanks for everything!
