When your college kid is stranded at 2am an hour and a half from any town, what do you do? Call Justin at United Towing. Justin took the call when my other "Roadside Assistance" company would not. He got the kids safely delivered to a motel at 7am and said, "get some sleep we will worry about the paperwork tomorrow." We live in another state and were so relieved when my son said that the "towing guy was totally cool and helpful". Justin also helped my husband find a good auto body repair guy. United towing has always been prompt and friendly whenever I've need help! I will continue to use them and refer them to anyone in need of a tow! Charylle was friendly and made sure to send me updates along the way! No one likes to get a tow but united towing made my experience a great one!
