Made a CERTIFIED CHECK deposit to one of their sister credit unions and now have to wait 12 days from deposit before I can access my money. First I'm told it's because they can't see an image of the check.... When asked if they requested an image they couldn't seem to respond....Then I'm told it's because a stop pay could be put on the Certified check...... Then I'm told they have to receive notice from the Federal Reserve that the check is good.....Asked to speak to a Supervisor and was refused.....I've banked with them in ... read more
