Solid, honest, experienced folks. Been with them for over 20 years now. Recently, Beverely at medical center branch has helped me tremendously. Great attitude and turns things around quickly.
After being approved for a “home equity” loan and working with the loan officer they originally said we needed to finish our kitchen and second shower before they could release “ALL” funds to us. After sending pictures of the finished work and then some they keep adding more stipulations. During the loan process we paid for an appraisal and they didn’t even lend us the 80% that is allowed for a home equity loan.
