I love my UTCU on 1604 and Braun. Adolfo and his team are awesome. They not only give class A service but they treat you with respect and like family. They go out of their way to help you. been with this bank since they where part of usaa, they moved away from usaa, I stayed (ABOUT 20 YEARS). personal issues have come up and things needed to be changed THEY WILL SEND THROUGH THE USPS YOUR FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER and everyone one on the account private information. the person I'm dealing with, Jon doesn't explain information very well and doesn't go by customer wishes nor response very well to his emails, and when he does it's more of a excuse you'll get first. maybe time to move on....
