Stay away from this company. Worst service I have ever received. Hired them for their services on two properties purchased from the tax lien auction. This company did not submit the 137B form for one of the properties, which is one of the few jobs this company must do on time for the city to reimburse me any expenses. When I went to the city, I was told that the proper form was not submitted at all.
