sat in the drive through for 40 minutes . late to work . it's a DRIVE THRU . hope they get it together that is unacceptable.
I’m just going to echo all of the other negative reviews. Hope this location can get it together to be consistent in customer service etiquette and figure out their automated system letting you know there’s a prescription ready when it’s not. Or most recently telling me my prescription got put back on the shelf and have to refill because it’s been over 10 days. That’s not true because I called the doctors office for a refill one week ago. Every single refill, I have had a problem. From “system resets” to “1 refill left then saying no refills remaining” the day I call to refill. Several occasions they have been out of the medication completely even though it’s a monthly refill and THEY send me the reminder for the refill. I have yet to go 2 months in a row without some major event causing extreme delay in getting meds and I have attempted this for over a year. Called about a refill and was interrupted twice, very rude. Seems like you don't like your job or working with the public.
This has to be the very worst pharmacy in Amarillo. I got a prescription from the ER on Saturday and they sent it to the river road pharmacy which was closed so they resent it to tascossa rd. I wait over 2 hours on line for them to tell me it was in the system but not filled yet. I returned at 530 that afternoon and they said they could not fill it because it was sent to another pharmacy first and insurance would not approve it.
