It was very clean and well lit. Ron (the manager) runs a very nice storage facility.
Excellent service, fast and easy sign up, very clean facility. Good savings online.
I've used this facility since 2017, I really like it, and the service is excellent. I would encourage any one to check it out this location on Oakton Street. You will be so happy you did it.
Roy was an amazing service oriented representative. I truly felt he cared about me as a customer. He made every step as easy as it can be to move a kid out of their dorm. The facility was clean, safe, and affordable.
Unfair price hike with no warning. They claim they sent me an email, but they definitely did not, no matter what they claim! The price hike was from $146 to $203. Pretty unreasonable hike for doing absolutely nothing. Don’t go here unless you don’t mind overpaying. Manager, Roy, is very nice, but the price hike is out of his control.
