Matthew was very unprofessional he even tried to argue with me over the phone. To come on here and lie on the commet. The truth will come out. Im glad he comment on here so it can show the poor customer service and the behavior that he gives out rather then just moving forward. The other reviews are accurate about the customer service. Very friendly. Gave me several options on cars and worked to get me in the one that I chose. Will use again should the need arise.
After visiting 3 other dealerships and them trying to push their crap off on me that they couldn't sell at auction and wasting my time and money. It was refreshing to go to a place that wasn't just trying to blow smoke up my butt to make a sale. They answered all my questions. And so far, it's only been 3 days but I am extremely happy with my purchase. It may fall apart tomorrow, but at this point my experience with United was top rate.
This place is unprofessional gives ppl the run around and top it off they false advertisements on there down payment.
