This office is awesome! The staff is friendly and welcoming, the providers listen to me and my concerns, and they are always great at getting me an appointment at the last minute. As a new patient, they got me in within a week. After check-in, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes and when I'm called back, the providers do not keep me waiting in a room for hours like most offices do. I've never been shown more empathy, care, compassion and understanding from a doctor as I have recently from Dr. Thorn. She took the time to truly listen and the entire staff were so kind and friendly. The entire office atmosphere has a positive vibe and I know that I will remain a patient of Dr. Thorn because it really says something about her character when I found myself looking forward to my appointment and not dreading it and wasn't treated like just a number. Great care. I Broke my back 25 years ago horseback riding. They’ve helped me stay in the game and keep working which was my hope. Greatly reduced my pain level. Very nice staff too.
