This place is completely clueless on how to do they’re job one of the supervisors Bridgett never calls patients back I have been waiting 7 months to get a sleep study for my son no one ever reached out so i called and got told they “just never followed up” i’ve made SEVERAL attempts to call yet no one seems to ever call me back. This is important for my 11 month old son’s health. These people do not care about their patients what so ever and should not be working in health care. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go here.

Worst place to work with. Office never returns the calls. Lab in this location is in basement floor and there is no signs telling that you need to go basement floor. Interestingly enough there is another company in the first floor and they do sleep studies as well. But at your appointment time all their doors are locked. You can easily think that you missed them for some reason and go back home. Your appointment doesn’t tell anything about exact location either.
