Great customer service and response time !
Terrible customer service. Wait times for a quote I twenty minutes. Tried three different times. Wait times the same. Wasted an hour of my life with these rude people. Do yourself a favor and use Trashgurl.
The worst company I have ever had to deal with bar none. They consistently don't show up to swap out containers. Their drivers lie about access so that they can skip deliveries. And you can't even speak to anyone locally to try to work out any problems. Every listed phone numbers all go through a call center and you end up talking with a person out of state that can't do anything for you except send "someone" an email. The number listed on this site has been disconnected!!
United Site Services must be extremely busy . I have tried for a week to contact United Site Services, I've left messages and can't get a response. This isn't how to create or grow a business.
