GREEDY & UNETHICAL! Went into surgery to have a kidney stone broken up. The machine that United Shockwave provided failed to work. So procedure couldn't be done. Not only did United Shockwave bill & get paid by my insurance, but they had the audacity to bill me for the balance. For a surgery that WAS NOT DONE!
