United Seal Coating and Asphalt Paving did a wonderful job for me. It was quality work and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them.
I hired this company to repair and seal a parking lot in June of 2019. They did seal the lot,. Repairs to the damaged areas are already crumbling. The patching looks to have been done with bagged asphalt patch, not hot asphalt as I was led to believe. The lot striping provided fewer spaces than requested,.I was advised that there would be 3 fewer than I wanted, but proved to 6 less. The old lot in fact had the desired number. It looks like a DIY job.
