I regret hiring this company for my roof replacement. The process was delayed, and communication was lacking throughout. The crew seemed rushed and didn’t pay attention to important details. After the job was completed, I noticed issues with the installation that shouldn’t be present. Cleanup was also incomplete, leaving nails and materials behind. Within a short time, I began noticing problems that raised concerns about the durability of the roof. I expected much better quality and professionalism for the price paid

I hired Five United Roofing Services, LLC hoping for a smooth and professional roofing experience, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Communication was poor from the start — it was difficult to get updates or clear answers about scheduling and progress. The crew arrived late on multiple occasions and seemed rushed when they finally began the job.

The crew showed up late multiple times and left behind a mess around my property after finishing the job. I also noticed several issues with the workmanship — shingles were uneven, and parts of the flashing were not properly sealed. I tried to contact the company about the problems, but they were unresponsive and didn’t follow through on their promises to send someone to inspect the roof.
