I hired Five United Roofing Services, LLC hoping for a smooth and professional roofing experience, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Communication was poor from the start — it was difficult to get updates or clear answers about scheduling and progress. The crew arrived late on multiple occasions and seemed rushed when they finally began the job.
The crew showed up late multiple times and left behind a mess around my property after finishing the job. I also noticed several issues with the workmanship — shingles were uneven, and parts of the flashing were not properly sealed. I tried to contact the company about the problems, but they were unresponsive and didn’t follow through on their promises to send someone to inspect the roof.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but homeowners deserve to know what they’re getting into. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Five USA Roofing Inc. — I expected much better quality and accountability.
Three sales calls in one day, I request that your office stops cold-calling me. I made no inquiries for roofing repairs. I have your phone number, if and when I am ready to find a roofing company I would be sure to think of others before calling your roofing services.
