United restoration was amazing to work with. The process was seamless and the work got done in a timely manner. The owner even went to bat for us with our insurance company to get everything approved. 5 stars all the way!
It was a pleasure working with Dave and his crew, CJ and Jordan. We had a water pipe that broke inside a wall that damaged our finished basement. Dave was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and was proactive in resolving issues that arose during the remediation process. After this last storm, my insurance adjuster said he would call someone to come out and dry out the house. That same day Dave from United Restoration called me and said he could come out the next day. He came out the next day, setup many fans, and explained everything. On a holiday, WOW!
