It was a pleasure working with Dave and his crew, CJ and Jordan. We had a water pipe that broke inside a wall that damaged our finished basement. Dave was extremely responsive to our questions and concerns and was proactive in resolving issues that arose during the remediation process. After this last storm, my insurance adjuster said he would call someone to come out and dry out the house. That same day Dave from United Restoration called me and said he could come out the next day. He came out the next day, setup many fans, and explained everything. On a holiday, WOW!

Awesome service. We had a family member pass away unexpectedly in Rockford area, and we live 2 1/2 hours away. I called David and he showed up the next day, even though he and team were battling flood recoveries from the sever cold and pipe breaks/flooding. He had Branson and CJ there 2 days later. I tried the "national" companies, but David and team are the real local guys you should call.
