I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be documented. According to the posted schedule, this location opens at 7:30 AM. I arrived at 7:35 AM to pick up equipment. The office door was open, lights were on, and I could clearly hear multiple employees inside — laughing, talking, and sitting comfortably in the office areas. I said “hello” multiple times. Very rude people, mocking you as you leving the office.When I ask for their name, they told me "Don't worry about it" and then I ask the manager for the name of one of the guys, he told me "I can't do tell you".Manager very unprofessional and the other guy very rude, unfortunately I don't have his name, but corporate will definitely hear from me.

Chad on the phone has terrible customer service. I understand being efficient, but don't be rude.
