Overall, great generator rental. The equipment itself worked great and everything functioned as expected. One thing I wish had been explained upfront: when your rental period ends, you need to call to request pickup, and they can’t schedule an exact pickup time. No one mentioned that during the rental process. This almost created a problem for me because I needed my dock space cleared at a specific time, and without a scheduled pickup window that becomes risky. I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves to be documented. According to the posted schedule, this location opens at 7:30 AM. I arrived at 7:35 AM to pick up equipment. The office door was open, lights were on, and I could clearly hear multiple employees inside — laughing, talking, and sitting comfortably in the office areas. I said “hello” multiple times. Very rude people, mocking you as you leving the office.When I ask for their name, they told me "Don't worry about it" and then I ask the manager for the name of one of the guys, he told me "I can't do tell you".Manager very unprofessional and the other guy very rude, unfortunately I don't have his name, but corporate will definitely hear from me.
