We needed a last-minute dozer rental on a Friday for the following Monday morning; Juan Garcia was able to make that happen for us! Very easy to work with, communication was clear and was able to easily accommodate us! He was also able to set up the delivery to/from our project site! Would def recommend this location to rent any heavy haul equipment! Kudos to the team at branch 57F Heavy Equipment. Keep up the great work!!
Rented a lift. Stopped working after a day. UR sent a tech to fix it. Still didn’t work. Asked for a discount. Said no and charged full price for an unusable lift.
The truck was not within DOT specifications when we picked it up. Caused job delays. The repairs were not done in the time frame promised and we did not receive any communication as to the progress.
