Most people here are nice people but for one one of them in the pic I didn't realize my truck cabin came with a live DJ service! The music blasting right behind my sleeper berth made for an unexpected concert, but I would have preferred a good night's sleep instead. Please consider turning down the volume so drivers can actually get some rest.even tho I called and I asked them to sleep at night next the gate so i can make the delivery 7AM first thing in morning for them
I don’t write reviews often, but the team at United Rentals absolutely earned this one. When our server room HVAC went down, we needed a temporary cooling unit immediately. Mark and Bobby delivered exceptional service — fast, and made sure the cooler was installed correctly. James, the branch manager has been one of the most helpful and responsive people I’ve worked with and made sure we were up and running in no time. I hope I won’t need them again, but will make sure they are the first one I call if I do.
Robert is the man! A/C went out in our office building two weeks ago, the next day he got us 3 spot coolers, set them up, and made sure our office was comfortable. I would absolutely recommend them if you have any climate issues!
I had a late night delivery to my business at about 10pm, 30 mins later I had received a phone call from Bobby, he was extremely kind on the phone and gave me a perfect estimate on when he would arrive, when he got their he shook my hand and helped walk me through the perfect spot to put my spot coolers I ordered, I will be using them again thanks to Bobby’s kindness and patience with all my questions! Thanks Bobby!
I recently had a social gathering and reached out to the manager, Cliff Jones, to get a quote. He ensured I had the proper equipment and set up for my event. Cliff had Colton come to install everything. Colton was professional and efficient. I will certainly use United Rentals for future events! Cliff made sure the process ran smoothly for me. Much appreciated.
