The United Rentals location on HWY 71 in Austin, TX always has what we need. I highly recommend using this location. Ask for Chris! He is very knowledgeable, polite, has great communication and gets what we need to get the job done.
My Credit Card was charged for days I didn't have the machinery. When I ask they would transfer me to another department until I finally gave up. I rented a lift and trailer the first 2 days and returned it. They charged me for the trailer., lift and went as far as to charge me for straps and a tie down that I could buy cheaper at Home Depot.
