This location didn't honor my reservation made 3 weeks in advance. They called 2 days before reservation date to inform that they wont have the equipment. Offered no real explanation other than "oh well" While they did offer other equipment, it wasn't really comparable to what I needed for the job that reserved. I assume that they took care of their big customers first with the equipment that was reserved for me, since I am not a business account. This was based on comments made from staff on phone. The time to deliver, and pick up were right on time and thanks to your support I was able to complete my work without any issues.
