Will cancel your reservation days before the pickup date with the explanation of “You should have called and the online reservation system doesn’t tell the whole story”. No attempt to help or see if another branch has the equipment. Pretty poor service and attitude.
This location didn't honor my reservation made 3 weeks in advance. They called 2 days before reservation date to inform that they wont have the equipment. Offered no real explanation other than "oh well" While they did offer other equipment, it wasn't really comparable to what I needed for the job that reserved. I assume that they took care of their big customers first with the equipment that was reserved for me, since I am not a business account. This was based on comments made from staff on phone. I am very impressed with the costumer support you provided while I was renting your equipment. The time to deliver, and pick up were right on time and thanks to your support I was able to complete my work without any issues. I will recommend United Rentals to anyone looking to rent all types of equipment in particular for construction.
