I made a reservation for a trencher a week ago and when my crew went to pick it up, United said they didn't have it. No reason given and no one will call me back or do anything for me.
I made a reservation for a lift trailer about 5 days before I needed it. United calls me the day before and says they don't have one available. There aren't any nearby either, in fact the closest one is 5 hours away. Then I asked when it would be available again and he says they don't even have one, never did. Why is it even on their website at all. Never using them again.
Always able to assist and provide equipment.
