I came here to rent a wood chipper because I called on the phone and as soon as I got here to rent a wood chipper, they were asking me for a phone bill proof of address Registration and all the above, that’s ridiculous. I’m not applying for a credit card I’m not applying for a home or a credit check to rent a tool. Ridiculous. Don’t ever waste your time coming over here. This company constantly has semi trucks speeding down the street. My kids playing outside have to be careful. One day there gonna be an accident and it’s gonna be deadly.
Do not use this company. Ordered a fork lift with 6’ forks for a time critical delivery. They showed up with 5’ forks two hours late and left us high and dry. The dispatcher was basically a jerk on the phone and had no interest in solving the problem. Just said we would not get billed.
