Terrible experience! My husband has been dealing with them for years! He was told a rental price and then day of they give him a doubled price. How do you do business like that!! If someone goofed in the office it still needs to be honored on first price!
An email saying you would be closed would have been helpful. I called yesterday to confirm, and all was well. But you did not open today. Unbelievable the position you put me in. 8:30am
