The best service I have ever experienced with a Rental Company
Terrible product knowledge service guys at the counter are really nice but that doesn't count when it comes to knowing your job. Highly recommend management has a chat with their employees in regards to helping customers with rentals to make sure they have everything they need and not to just leave it to the customer to make sure they have everything they paid for
Huge selection of equipment. Rented a big pressure washer that did the job and the return process was quick and easy. I recommend either location.
Good service when I picked up a fan blower on Friday afternoon. Returned it Monday afternoon and was told I had to pay for an additional day. Wasn't told and it's not on the rental agreement. Basically a ripoff money grab, fraud. Find another place if you can. Guy at the front desk absolutely no help.
