I was luck enough to get Alex on the phone when I called. I had already spoken with some other equipment rental companies- none of them were helpful or seemed to care if I used their company or not. Alex listened to what I need to do, I thought I needed a scissor lift, but he asked the right questions and helped me understand that I needed a scaffolding tower. I rent the three story scaffolding in the store. This was my first time ever using it. I was very nervous. Alex S. is very knowledgeable and he explained all the safety features and tips. He also show/explain to me how to set it up properly. Everything went really well. Definitely 5 star service!!
