I was luck enough to get Alex on the phone when I called. I had already spoken with some other equipment rental companies- none of them were helpful or seemed to care if I used their company or not. Alex listened to what I need to do, I thought I needed a scissor lift, but he asked the right questions and helped me understand that I needed a scaffolding tower.
