Jen/Brian and the folks at United rentals Peterborough are superb. Very helpful, very knowledgeable.
1 star because I can’t choose Zero. Don’t ever rent from them. Called 5 days in advance to book a log splitter for the weekend. Got there and was told they had rented it out already. Don’t waste your time with this bullsh!t company.
Please don't waste your time dealing with this company. They booked me for a chipper (two weeks ago) for pick up tomorrow and called me the day before the scheduled pick up date (today) to tell me that another client is keeping it for another week or so. I have a crew ready to do work and now I am stuck finding alternatives. I never leave reviews and I think it is worthwhile letting everyone know that if you book anything, you may or may not get it at the scheduled time. We own a business and had been hit hard with the ice storm. Without hydro and water we would have been devastated. Jen quickly got my paperwork going and arranged to have the unit delivered to my address. There was a minor speed bump and in a heartbeat Bryan and Jorden made things workout. An incredible team of employees that seem to take pride in their respective professions. Hats off to the team at united rentals.
