Very unorganized took forever to get customer service and the manager was rude
Very efficient in communicating what the company can and can not do. Had a issue with a brand new excavator from united. Had the broke o ring fixed extremely quickly. The o ring was not a wear issue in relation to lack of maintenance. The excavator was brand new and in perfect condition. United is far and above an excellent rental company.
Great service. Will use united rental again.
