If I could give a zero rating I would, I would not use this company, I reserved a wood splitter for Friday August 29th, the office called because the unit needed to be fixed, and was unavailable. I received a call today Sept 3 that it was available. I declined due my schedule. I was checking my credit card online and found out the company charged me 198.00 dollars on my card Sept 2. Jen/Brian and the folks at United rentals Peterborough are superb. Very helpful, very knowledgeable.
1 star because I can’t choose Zero. Don’t ever rent from them. Called 5 days in advance to book a log splitter for the weekend. Got there and was told they had rented it out already. Don’t waste your time with this bullsh!t company.
Please don't waste your time dealing with this company. They booked me for a chipper (two weeks ago) for pick up tomorrow and called me the day before the scheduled pick up date (today) to tell me that another client is keeping it for another week or so. I have a crew ready to do work and now I am stuck finding alternatives. I never leave reviews and I think it is worthwhile letting everyone know that if you book anything, you may or may not get it at the scheduled time.
