Rented an engine hoist over Christmas. They were very nice and great customer service. Rented on Christmas Eve and returned the day after Christmas. So for 2 days I only had to pay for one day rental . Which is great because some companies will charge you for the rental even over a holiday when they themselves are closed. I had trouble loading the hoist back into the truck by myself since my husband was at work. This is TOTAL nonsense. I need to rent a tool, do you want my business. Your 877#'s, BOTH of them dont even connect me to the local location! All I end up with is your "general" mailbox... REALLY???!!! I need to rent a tool NOW!! As a business customer you are really wasting my time! I left you 1 star... WHY??? Because I had too, to make this post!

Please do not rent from this company. I rented equipment and was billed aditional charges. I had to go to court to get a judgement agianst them, but to date they have not payed me for the judgement Civil Action No 10/02329V-04
Don't ever use this place! Not only did we get the wrong machine we were charged for fuel they claim we didn't replace. Fuel was put in the machine before the company came to pick it back up. The gage said "full". So we thought nothing of it. But when we were charged for 12 gallons of fuel we asked why? The answer.......'oh, sometimes the gage says its full but its really not'! After several times using United Rentals, I've realized that no matter what, the salesman gives quotes he won't stand by, the manager will cuss you out rather than discuss differences and the service department is run by a hot head that will charge you outrageous charges after he blames you for breaking their equipment that showed onto the site questionable. They are great they always make sure they have what I need and the service guys that come and work on it if I mess up are wonderful couldn't ask for a better service
