Appreciate the guys at the counter. This time the guys went a bove and beyond, I couldn't have been treated any better. The job was ugly, but the lift was so comfortable, it made things seem easier to get back on the ground with a safe ride down.

OUR EXPERIENCE WITH UNITED RENTAL WAS VERY EASY, I CONTACTED OUR LOCAL REP, HE WAS ABLE TO SET UP THE DELIVERY OF TRANSFER FROM A DIFFERENT STORE FOR US TO PICK UP THE UNIT THE NEXT DAY. THAT ALONE SPEAKS FOR IT SELF, GREAT SERVICE AND GREAT TEAM THEY HAVE AT THE MADERA LOCATION. THANK YOU.
Outstanding customer service, they are friendly and go above and beyond in my opinion. I would recommend to anyone needing rental equipment.
