Amazing customer service. We had a piece of equipment go down and they were there the same day on a weekend to replace it with a new one. Really appreciate great customer service throughout the rental. We will 100% be back when we need anything else.
Hands down the best experience I've had with a rental company in Kamloops. The lovely latina woman at the reception counter was extremely resourceful in finding the supplies I needed and even made the extra effort to have a staff bring the supplies back from out of town so that they were available in time for my job. Communication was great, price was great, and service was fantastic. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again. My first choice for sure.

I had outstanding service from them. All of the staff who helped me were friendly, professional and helpful. The group left my son and I with a particularly positive feel for the entire shop. It was a great customer service experience.
