The service at United is amazing. I call talked to Israel Cortes, schedule my trencher (Ditch Witch) for pickup. They contacted me to let me know I could pickup sooner and asked what size trailer hitch I had. I told them 2", he said for the trailer you'll need a 2 5/16. He said we have a loaner and let me borrow it. Went to pickup, no hassle in and out in about 10-15 minutes. They have water and coffee while you wait or to go. Great customer service.
