Whatever you DO NOT rent from here. Go anywhere else. We rented equipment it work for less than two hours we accomplished nothing we needed to! Only for them to apologize and say we should have called for a technician, only they were closed!!! Horrible business and horrible service!!!!!

David in the Alexandria office took a call on Friday night and was able to deliver equipment for early Monday morning, which made our project possible to meet the timeline. A rare bright star in customer service.
Aged equipment, very poor morning attitudes, no rush, i was the only customer at a fully staffed rental place & 45min unloading time, 15min for a reciept. sign says opens at 7am, but more like 8.
