Sent us a scissor lift that won’t turn left and failed to even show up when we put in a service ticket. Currently still waiting on someone to even answer my he phone. Highly unprofessional

Danny Cook has always taken great care of the larger organization and immediately set me up with Stefanie Williams when I had a project out-of-territory. She was knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and kind. She was able to make some magic happen when I needed even more storage than originally anticipated and due to her efforts, we were able to continue our project seamlessly.
