I called the office Thursday at 4 PM as soon as my Carrier thermostat went blank. As I had just gotten out of the hospital and was told to remain in air conditioning. I knew that I had an emergency on my hands. I talked with Christina who was able to get Erik changed from a non-emergency commercial job to mine. Within the hour Eric arrived and got right to work. Soon my AC was working normally, and I was cool again! I really appreciated the wonderful customer service that I received on 8/29 by URAC!
I work in a large facility with 17 units. United Refrigeration has been there at anytime to ensure the units are running and stay running. They are the vendor of choice for me. The office staff is courteous and knowledgeable about our needs. Rebecca has it downpat!!!!
They are awesome. Super responsive, caring, and they get the job done quickly & correctly. Our A/C was out so we called. The same day Ryan came out, checked the system, and got us up and cooling in no time. That is incredible and great considering Polk county is having one of it’s hotter years! Thank you very much to Ryan and United Refrigeration!
