My experience at URP was like no other. The staff is the most caring group of people I have ever come across. Most of them are in recovery and all take there recovery serious. They were so attentive to everything I needed to feel comfortable. Rehab is always hard but URP definitely made it as easy as rehab can possibly be. I owe so much of who I became to them. Such a Humble and safe experience. Unlike any other the CEO is actually involved in the rehab regularly and I think that’s rare. He is one of the best people I have c... read more

This place is phoning people randomly around the country to drum up business. Got a call on my cell this morning here in Boston. No reason I should be called whatsoever. No relation to these people. Never contacted them. This is the kind of questionable marketing that gives S FL treatment a bad name. Stop!

It all starts with the CEO which he is just a first class person and makes sure not just his staff is first class like himself but really cares for the patients. Most of their patients turn into family because of the way they care for them and do their absolute best to make sure that their patients get clean/sobriety. I wouldn't recommend you go anywhere else but to United!!!!
