Ana Roque was a blessing in disguise from the moment that I contacted her she was so helpful with anything that I needed and it only took me two properties to see for me to love one and she helped me all the way through everything. Ialeen Cole isn't some1 I'd work with again, nor would I work with any agency that employs her. She kept making inappropriate comments about my relationships with my family members. I told her 1 of the reasons I wasn't interested in starlight home on marine creek Pkwy was that I lived on that side of town near family and I didn't want 2 do it again. We worked briefly with a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable realtor named Jose Santamaria. It turned out that it was not the right time for us to get into a house. That's what we appreciated most about Jose; when it came to us asking questions and getting an honest, credible answer - it was with what was best for us and not what was best for Jose.
