third time in two years ceiling has leaked. have a soaked couch. no one answered phone left message. The bad part is I noticed water stain on Tues and brought it to the attention of maintenance and now Sat. I come home to dripping water and a wet couch. I pay my rent on time every month, and for the most part enjoy where I live.

These people are terrible when it comes to answering phone calls or even giving a #\$%\$ about this place!! They suck and are terrible esp. Bob Beam!!

trying to get ahold of someone to report problems for blanchard park apt. in ottawa ohio, is a pain in the butt. like the other night apt 1285 got arrested for smoking pot and the cops found a small amount of pot on the property. now i know that if you have drugs on the property and or get arreested for drugs u r to get evicted from the apts, but since we dont have any managers right now so they get away with it. ive been trying to get ahold of someone to report this but theres no nothing to get ahold of. all im saying is th... read more

From one professional to a very nonprofessional I can't believe this company has a person who is the most rude, disrespectful, arrogant, person as their property manager. She needs to realize she's a property manager for a crap company and not a gift from God himself. It took me over a month to get a hold of this gem of a person, and as soon as she picked up the phone she started off like the devil sent her straight from his den.
