We have called UPA (so-called “property managers”) about a problem several times over the past two weeks. Could only get voicemails and leave messages. NO RESPONSE. We sent an email. NO RESPONSE. Not sure why my condo association keeps using their ’service’. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
